Weight Loss Tracking and Blog Part Deux
About Me

I let my weight get out of hand over the course of the past 15 years or so, and I have gotten sick of it. My goal is to drop about 90lbs. I am documenting my progress so I can look back and see how I have improved over the months. I’m also sharing my information so maybe it can help someone else that hasn’t yet started the process of losing excess weight. It’s a tough thing to start, but once you get going it’s much easier to stick to it.

My first and foremost suggestion is to not do it alone. Make it a competition with a friend. You will help motivate one another. Have weekly weigh-ins that are shared. Track your calories, carbs, fats and proteins. There are plenty of sites online that will show you what those should be at for your weight and age class. I have attached some helpful sites to help you get started.

The above sounds all easy and nice, but I failed, unfortunately.  I gained back 45 lbs.  So, instead of crying about it, I’m going to get my ass going again.  The only person I have to blame is myself.
