Down 2.5lbs this week and 17lbs lost overall thus far! I’ve been going to the gym regularly now, so I’m starting to get some of my lost muscle back. This is why I’m not seeing as much weight loss as I have previously to this week, but I can tell it’s still shedding quickly! :) Two weeks without smoking and that is going fantastic as well! I don’t even think about it any longer.

I haven’t seen that much of a loss this week due to…well lets just say I’ll see the scale dip down next week when this horrible week is over. Still eating smaller portions and healthier foods. I actually made a weight loss goal on the Wii and met it!
ALSO…was out for an anniversary party last week and someone with whom I hadn’t shared anything about my weight loss goals (I don’t really talk about it) asked me how much weight I had lost!!! OMG, it was awesome to hear that it was noticeable. When you’re gigantic like me, you can lose a significant amount of weight and no one notices, so I was giddy.
