I’m still here and working out!! :)  I’m sorry!!  I’m trying to be better about posting.  Remember when I got that kick ass GPS?  Well, whatever…. that’s old news.  I have since sold that and got the upgraded model (Garmin Forerunner 305).  The reason is that I got sick of strapping on a HR monitor watch on one wrist and then having the GPS on the other wrist.  Plus, they weren’t tied together so I really had different data and no real way to look at it together.  SO….I got the Garmin Forerunner 305.  Effing  RULES.  Here’s a screenshot of data from a bike ride I went on tonight:

And with the click of a button, I can have it exported to Google Earth:

5.25 mile walk today!  I would have gone farther, but storms are on the way and I didn’t have water with me.  It is VERY humid outside!

2 more pounds this week! It’s nice to see I am back on track again! :) I have 3.5 pounds to go before I’m all caught up again. I tell you what….it doesn’t take much to really get out of the groove. It’s taken me a couple weeks to really get things balanced again. It’s tough!

I had a 2 mile run last night and it was brutal the last 1/4 mile.   I haven’t been running consistently the past month, so I’m not reaping the benefits of that. :)  Next week will be better!  Outside of that I’ve just been very, very busy.  The summer months prove to be very difficult staying in a routine due to so many things going on!  Craziness I tell ya!
