I haven’t seen that much of a loss this week due to…well lets just say I’ll see the scale dip down next week when this horrible week is over. Still eating smaller portions and healthier foods. I actually made a weight loss goal on the Wii and met it!

ALSO…was out for an anniversary party last week and someone with whom I hadn’t shared anything about my weight loss goals (I don’t really talk about it) asked me how much weight I had lost!!! OMG, it was awesome to hear that it was noticeable. When you’re gigantic like me, you can lose a significant amount of weight and no one notices, so I was giddy.

- 1lb package of supreme lean beef(93% fat free I think)
- 1/2 box of Ronzoni 7-grain sketti noodles
- 1 jar of Prego Onion and Garlic sauce
- fresh mushrooms and onions (or whatever other veggie you want)

start the noodles first… boil water, add in half the package and it’s good after 10 minutes, strain and set aside.

While cooking the sketti… cook up the meat and add in all the other goodies when the meat is almost done. Shrooms and Onions don’t take long to cook. Add spices as desired. I usually throw in some Lawreys season salt, Cumin, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

When that’s all done, throw all that shit together and mix in the jar of sauce (I don’t bother heating the sauce up ‘cuz the heat of the noodles and meat is sufficient for me anyway).

Viola! Healthy and tastes damn good too!
